When double-clicking a capsule part in composite structure diagram of another capsule, then the composite structure diagram of the capsule that types the capsule part shall be opened automatically (without the need to manually establish any hyper link or other navigation mechanisms).

This is to ensure that it is easy to navigate the structure and hierarchy of capsules and capsule parts.

Verified in the latest Papyrus-RT build that when double clicking on a capsule part, the capsule structure diagram for the corresponding capsule is being opened.
