The TypeLabelProvider, IEditableCloudLabelProvider, and CloudOptionsComposite should not be part of the (provisional) API and should be moved into an internal package.

Actually TypeLabelProvider is already internal, so only the remaining two classes need to be moved to an internal package.

Moved CloudOptionsComposite and IEditableCloudLabelProvider into an internal package, adjusted package-info of o.e.g4.cloudio.ui package. Moved TypeLabelProvider from o.e.g4.cloudio.internal.ui to o.e.g4.cloudio.internal.ui.view. I also adjusted the wiki documentation and the 3.10.1 (Mars SR1) review documentation.

Resolving as fixed in 3.10.1 RC1.
