Papyrus-Facet should be a standalone component, as it doesn't depend on anything from Papyrus, and barely evolves.

We should not rebuild it everytime something changes in Papyrus

Done in the committers/cletavernie/sonar branch

The Papyrus-Master-Facet build is partially configured (It still needs to produce a proper update site, and publishing scripts need to be added so that the artifacts are moved to Eclipse Downloads - they currently are available on Hudson only)
