Steps to reproduce
1- open Help Contents
2- select C/C++ Development User Guide
3- select What's new in CDT

you will see the 8.3 version instead of 8.4/8.5/8.6 ...(according your CDT current version).

I add a screenshot (CDT 8.6 is installed)
I am under win32/64bits.

The same bug is alo in CDT 9.0.
It shows the What's new for CDT 8.3...
