Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create C project by default.

Actual Results:
Check Project->Properties-> C/C++ Build ->[Tab] Behaviour -> “Build on resource save (Auto build)" is unchecked.


Expected Results:
C/C++ Development User Guide says:
"When selected, builds your project whenever resources are saved. By default, this option is selected and builds occur automatically each time resources are modified."
