The plugins/doc folder contains many images saved as bmp files
for instance /org.eclipse.papyrus/plugins/doc/org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.doc/
holds for more 44 Mo of images.

In order to reduce the compilation time (for site generation), it will be usefull - to save images as png files and 
- to limit their definition 
- to extract doc generation/compialtion from gerrit build

Doc folder was removed in Bug 514491
