IMHO for the user it would be beneficial if we can group content assists proposals.

The first proposal page if usually to overloaded for me to select a template but the second, third, forth page is usually almost empty for me.

Maybe you can add another column "Show as group" for the content assists cycling and allow to group certain proposals?

I'm not sure this would help. Currently we sort by relevance.

Can you give some concrete examples where you think grouping would help?
