The enhancement is having the same tool applied on many tree item elements.
For example we could have a single definition of direct edit applied on many tree item.

Perhaps it could be done as for Diagram with Tools referencing mapping.
A mixed Diagram/Tree concept could also be studied:
 - keep the ability to create tool directly under tree item
 - have the ability to create tools in tools section as for diagram
 - have a bidirectional vision of tool/mapping: from the tools in tools section we would keep the "Mappings" list but we could also have a shortcut displayed under the tree item node. From the specifier point of view, it wouls be easier for the specifier to see in a glance all the tool available for the tree item it is defining.
