Problem description

When the user provides a specification of a model element in Alf, the Alf library (behaviors & types) may not be available. If it is not available then the validation will fail when predefined types or behaviors are referenced in the spec. To avoid this error and make the framework more flexible the library should automatically be loaded into the model set containing the currently edited model.
