To achieve consistency in our user interface, we should migrate the menu actions provided by the Tag Cloud view into respective view toolbar entries (as done within the DOT Graph view).

Even if we do not add icons (but leave the menu integrations), we should convert them into commands and ensure they are only shown when the TagCloud view is visible.
