During team copy add parms to look for the existing SCM path (maybe using a regular expression) and substitute it with the new SCM path.

This combined with the ability to store credentials with the team would allow a team to be be copied with almost no manual intervention.

So the use case would be:

1. Copy team (specify new SCM path).
2. Modify team email list (separate ticket already entered).
3. Modify SCM credentials as part of team definition (separate ticket already entered).

I think this would allow a new team to be created in about 2 minutes.
