The content of the update site currently shows two categories:
(1) RMF
(2) RMF SDK

SDK typically implies that this category contains examples, sources, etc.
However, in RMF the examples are contained in category RMF and not in category RMF SDK.

Further analysis has shown that we additionally ship the test cases as part of the RMF update site.

I propose cleaning up the features and the update site so that user can easily select the feature that fits best. I think the features should:

(1) reflect the architecture of RMF
(2) allow consuming of RMF core without ProR UI
(3) consumable with / without sources, end user doc, developer doc, examples, test utils
