We should think about adding explicit support for JFace toolkit components.

Therefore we've to first of all add support for this SWT dependent sub-toolkit. 

This involves:
 - toolkit provider provisioning
 - client API integration / provising
 - RCP-Accessor modifications (including this optional components / dependencies)
 - the necessary RC tester classes and adapter implementations
 - decisions whether 
   - this should also work in a standalone SWT context
   - this should be provisioned for e3, e4.compat and e4.swt
