Workspace build time on hudson server increased ~+5%
Try to find out why.

Seems like a mixture of more code in the repo (incremental builder and web support) and maybe this change: https://github.com/eclipse/xtext/commit/9771395daa773a052dcc8e86492260faf38813b4

Rescheduled for 2.9 to make sure we keep an eye on it.
