The Outline View should allow basic editing of the BPMN2 element structure, such as add, delete, copy, paste, etc. and it should also support DND for moving elements.

Note that not all elements would allow this kind of direct editing because of semantic constraints. Edit actions would have to defer to an element-specific handler for enablement and execution.
