Eclipse 4.5 M7 - I20150430-1445 - Create a Java 8 project and enable annotation-based null analysis for the project. Also, Set the location for external annotation attachment. - Create a class 'C' in the project and create a variable of type 'Map' in it. - Go to java.util.Map#get and annotate the parameter type 'Object' as '@Nullable Object'. - The class 'C' shows the following error: "The type org.eclipse.jdt.annotation.Nullable cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files" However, no quick fix is provided to 'Copy library with default null annotations to build path', like it is provided when '@Nullable' is used in the source code.
Ran out of time for 4.7. Bulk move to 4.8.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
