How to reproduce:
1. Duplicate AUT Configuation
2. Use the same name for it

If you change a value in one configuration it is changed for both, the other configuration still exists but is not reachable, you have to change the name of the duplicate to be able to make changes in the old AUT Configuration.

I believe this bug has been in here since the dawn of time ;)
I think our policy on it is "don't do that".

Fixed by adding a duplicate name check for the AUT Configuration Name
