DDMUILib is used to provide some UI input for the ddms perspective and tool.  Unfortunately for the charts for heap and memory usage, it used JFreechart which did not pass eclipse ip.   So to restore functionality need to look at finding another charting library that can be used instead.

SWTChart seems to be a possible candidate for usage here. Opened the following CQ to reuse from orbit.
