Description Markus Keller CLA 2015-03-20 10:32:32 EDT
org.eclipse.pde.build.tests wrongly formats the whole file including header comments on Save.

Formatting unchanged lines on Save is already a bad practice, and formatting header comments is a no-go. Please also check other projects in the same repo for the same setup problems.

When the settings are fixed, please search for the string (non-regex)
" * Contributors: " and fix the copyrights of matching files.

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX.

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
