I have defined a decorator on a container.
When several containers with this decorator are overlaping, their decorators are always visible (even if their container is hidden under another container)

 . Unzip the attached sample zip, and import the two projects in your workspace
 . Open the sample modeling project
 . Open the new familyDg2
 . See the decorators
