StackTrace of the exception thrown

I found 2 diffrent scenario where the outline do not seem to work. This append always with diagrams that have multiple diagram.

I'm using the latest luna branch code.

1° Senario.

I was able to reproduce this scenario only when the bpmn editor was opened for the first time after eclipse started.

Setp to reproduce:
a) Create a new empty collaboration diagram (by default the outline is in "business model", leave it here for now.)
b) Using the menu "Diagram" -> "Create Collaboration Diagram" add another diagram (i will call it "diagram2")
c) Switch the outline to the "Diagram Intercgange Model"
d) An exception is thrown (see attachment).
e) save and close the diagram

2° Secnario

f) Reopen the diagram
g) Switch to the previously cretaed subdiagram ("diagram2")
h) add some elements, (I've added some tasks)
j) Switch the outline to the "Diagram Intercgange Model"
k) In the outline now select the "diagram2" element (or any subelements)
l) The editor switch to the main diagram, instead of selecting the element.
