When setting up an Eclipse development environment for Xtext using OOMPH, our current setup always installs the nightly version of Xtext. 
This is good in the spirit of eat-your-own-dogfood, but it's devastating if the nightly is broken.

The setup should allow a choice between the latest (milestone?) release of Xtext and the current nightly version of Xtext.
