If the fcore contains at least one warning the execute of an egf step raises an error.

Warnings should not prevent fcore from running.

Are you sure this is a Build Portfolio bug, and not an EGF bug?
Are you able to execute this fcore directly in eclipse?

100% Sure 
The fcore comes from a genChain file and always contains some warnings.
