If a user gets an email from Hudson and clicks on the link they get a 404 error if they are not logged in.

They should be directed to the login screen and prompted for their user credentials and then redirected to the link.

If, for some reason they do not have authorization to that job an appropriate message should be displayed.

Note: We are using the Hudson internal database right now.
