The new New Aspect Wizard (in cvs head) should allow different instantiation 
options (percflow, pertarget, perthis...).

Later it, should allow overriding abstract pointcuts.

It would also be nice to have a source menu option for override pointcut.

The first bit, the different instantiation options, was added in 1.2.0M1.

pertypewithin option added for M3.
Still to do:
 - browse button for supertype
 - overriding abstract pointcuts

The New Aspect wizard can now create stubs for inherited abstract pointcuts,
so this enhancement is now (finally!) complete.
