The subversive m2e integration plugin is at the Polarion community site:

http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/integrations/luna-site/

Given that m2e is now hosted at eclipse.org and is shipped in several default configurations, that plugin should be hosted at eclipse.org and likely be part of the default Subversive installs if m2e is installed.
