Steps to reproduce:

* Import project https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=247959 of bug 437528
* Open the session (double click on the file testReconnect.aird)
* Open the diagram "copyPaste"
* Delete the project (use "Delete" contextual menu on the project in the Model Explorer view).

Clone to try and fix this for Sirius 1.0.2. Note that although the code change itself is small and a simple cherry-pick should not cause conflicts, this touches a sensitive area, so what made sense in the context of Sirius 2.0 may not work exactly the same for 1.0. In other words: don't blindly apply the patch, but make sure the bug already occurred in 1.0, the patch fixes it, and causes no regression.
