Description Alexandre Montplaisir CLA 2014-11-19 19:10:55 EST
"Open Trace" does not remember the previously used directory (on Linux/Gnome at least, not sure with other environments). Every time it re-opens it brings you back to the completely useless "Recently used" pane. This is extremely annoying when you want to open a couple traces in the same directory.

It should be possible to save the path to the file that was selected, and pass this path to the next file chooser dialog that will open.

This is a MAJOR usability issue. Almost every user will go through this. Bumping severity (again).

Great! I had planned to put some time this weekend, probably on the plane, to look at this, but you beat me to it. :) I'll take a look.
