Missing content at the configuration

Using a newer Eclipse than the supported ones (Indigo and Juno according to documentation: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Virgo/Tooling#Install_Eclipse), after a restart half of my configuration interface is gone (see attachtment).

Bug #378415 does already describe this problem, but as it was fixed there, I report the problem again:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an eclipse (STS 3.6.2.RELEASE x64) from scratch (use the jdk1.7.0_71 as jre)
2. Install virgo tooling as described here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=438506#c6; checkstyle and restart when asked
3. Create a virgo server (runtime) and add a new server
4. Open virgo tooling server for configuration
5. Close eclipse
6. Start eclipse
7. The tooling is now broken

Note:
The configuration itself is not gone, it's just the interface that's broken!

Update: Donwloaded plain Juno version (Java EE) with orginal milestone link, got exactly the same problem.
