Eclipse.org projects must include some files in every project (e.g. about.html with license information). These files are missing or not added to build in some EMF-IncQuery projects, e.g.:
- rete.recipes
- runtime.matchers

We should check this on all projects (both file existence and Manifest.mf)

I looked through all projects in the main repository created about.html files where missing and added them to build.properties where needed.
