It is possible to define decorators for diagram elements in the VSM. 

It should be nice to add the ability to define a specific tooltip for this decorators.

If a VSM define a Validation rule, when it fails, Sirius will add a Validation decorator and its tooltip is the rule's message defined in the VSM.

Decorations can be defined by adding a new "Decorations" Diagram Element in direct child of a layer.
