I use eclips since version 3.4 with dltk.
Under preferences tcl man pages i have installed tcl html help files.
This will work correct when i go with the mouse over an keyword like SET,
i get a window with the help infos for the SET command.

The problem now is:
in this window usually are staying some cross links to other help pages.
But this links will not work.

In the TCL Documentation view i see now the link:

"blank../TclCmd/global.htm"

so it looks like a buggy link and could be the reason that the links in
the help will not work.

Until now (Version 5.0) i can't see any progress,
is nobody but me interested in this function ?
