Moving to PDE for comments. Looks like that SchemaElementReference fElement.getReferencedObject() is null somewhere. Line: 90 fireMasterSelection(new StructuredSelection(fElement.getReferencedObject())); Not sure this is sufficient to fix this issue but maybe a PDE committer has more insights on this?
