The new logo from bug 441460 should also be used on the EGit website.

I experimented a bit, but with the current way the "Download" and other buttons are done, it seems we'd need to add the logo with text to the background image. That is a bit ugly as "EGit" would also be a pixel image instead of nice text.

See bug 436108 which is about making the buttons nicer in the new theme.

Maybe for now, we should just replace the buttons with text links?

Bug 436108 has been resolved now, with nice-looking new navigation buttons. Here's a change adapting EGit (not tested):
