The Switch Libraries refactor options contains profiles as well as model libraries. WOuld it not be better to just show the model libraries as the profiles already has a different refactor menu item.

A related issue with this wizard is that the text explaining the wizard is poorly formatted. it is very hard to distinguish what I should do (the first sentence) from the background information (the rest of the text).
