I'm not sure if it's the right one but it occurs even reloading the job-gui

warnings_charts

It would seem that the charts are used for "stable" and "unstable" states, "failed" states aren't considered.
The projects are configured to evaluate "failed" when errors are found. When all builds failed the charts are missing. 

In the new attached screenshot the charts are available for the last three builds. PC Lint works correctly.

A Little bit strange.
