your call, but this compiler setting won't be useful at all until at least the
'ignore empty catch block' option is added. people use empty catch blocks too
frequently to have to comment all of them, and may actually detract from
readability in some cases. for example, when sleeping, it makes no sense to add
comments to the catch block.
