Would it be possible to add a filter to hide the "Libraries in Project" in the Model Explorer? This is available in the Java Package Explorer. At the moment I am seeing two nodes in the Model Explorer - "JRE System Library" and "Plug-in Dependencies". I usually hide these.

The ModelExplorer view uses the CNF mechanism of Eclipse, so it's indeed possible to add such filter.
