We should pick up a recent JDT compiler to grab the latest fixes.

Done - upgraded to 2b07958

Interestingly we are chasing the 4.5 dev line and not the 4.4 service refresh line.

This means we will have fixes (and bugs) that haven't made their way into 4.4.
