When adding a new stylesheet to the model (Via properties view > style > Model style sheets), the diagram should be automatically refreshed. This works for Diagram stylesheets; not for ModelStyleSheets

The ModelCSSEngine should listen on the ModelStyleSheet object (If it exists) and trigger a refresh when its contents change
