Since https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=403426 is fixed we thought that all our issues are resolved on re-deployment under WebSphere. This is not the case :-( We still cannot update our application on WebSphere. We have to shutdown the server, delete all old files in the profile and then restart the server. This actually prevents all RAP application from updating in WebSphere using the normal updated mechanism.
