Everything is visible to a sysadmin. Why should views be different?
(In reply to Bob Foster from comment #1) If no view is set as default in team, then the global default view is used. If sysadmin sets team A's view as global default, then when team B member logs in there will be error, because no access to Team A's view. Same with no login. Solution may be if the global default view is not found (or not accessible), then fall back to "All" view.
