Build: I20030925

1) Start with new workspace, autobuild on
2) Import as binary plugins org.eclipse.ui and all required plugins (22 in total)
3) Checkout platform-ui module from dev.eclipse.org

-> None of the source projects build correctly (13,000 build problems).  If you
look at their build path property page, it is showing the old build path from
the binary project (ie., includes ui.jar for org.eclipse.ui).  The .classpath
file is correct, but the build path property page is showing something different.

John, if you look at the bug 43670, you'll notice a very strange delta. I am 
wondering if we get the proper resource deltas... haven't investigated yet.
