When hovering on a marker reporting a violation, a pop-up is shown showing only the error message. Then, user has to click to show the list of available quickfixes.
When hovering directly on the piece of code with the error, the pop-up shows the quickfixes.

Couldn't the marker show the same pop-up (with quickfixes) on hovering as what we can get directly when hovering on code?
