GMF allows to detach palette from all diagram editors to a share view (Window > Show View > Palette). Due to the sash editor framework in Papyrus, the palette does not switch when we move from one diagram editor to another.

Palette should switch:
- when moving from a nested editor to another one in the same sash editor
- when switching from a main Papyrus editor to another Papyrus sash editor
