When project>Synchronized>Manage.....
check use environment management

The up/down buttons on the right do not show in the default screen resolution that i'm currently using.  If you make the dialog wider or narrower, they will appear and disappear.  This is confusing for new users if they don't see them

(And hard to grab screen shots of a smaller dialog, because buttons disappear unless the window is wide.)
It would be nice for the two list boxes to absorb the screen width instead of deleting the buttons, when the dialog is too narrow.
