Description Carsten Reckord CLA 2014-03-28 08:05:57 EDT
If a commit becomes left behind and is no longer visible in the History view, i.e. the ORIG_HEAD has been updated afterwards, it's difficul to get it back in EGit's UI. Reflog shows the commit, but from there I don't have a clear path to resetting he current branch to it. The Reflog context menu only offers to check it out detached and it's unclear how to update the original branch to point to it from there.

Instead, the Reflog view should include the usual reset options in its context menu.
