A page exists at https://wiki.eclipse.org/Sirius/Contributor_Guide, but it is almost empty for now. We should document our own processes and development rules there instead of relying on implicit knowledge shared by the current team members. See the links in https://wiki.eclipse.org/Talk:Sirius/Contributor_Guide for good examples to take inspiration from.

One section of the document (or maybe a separate page) should describe the custom rules and processes we use to handle the bugzilla (meaning of each status, lifecycle, etc.).
