I set some colors through:
Windows->Preferences->JavaScript->Editor->Syntax Coloring
but when I edit a javascript file I get the wrong colors. Please see attached images. Usually when I change the colors through above dialog and then look at a preexisting javascript file, the colors will show up correctly but only until I start editing it, then they revert back to the wrong colors.

If you need anything else from me to track down this problem please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks very much for your help.

P.S. Not that this is significant, but I also tried using the Aptana3 plugin and it has javascript syntax coloring problems (different ones though) as well.
