Clone Repository

Testcase:
- goto Git Repositories page
- click Clone Repository
- leave Repository URL field blank
- click Submit
- click OK
- "Either Path or GitName should be provided" error message unexternalized

The message comes from server so it is not supposed to be externalized.

The message is returned by the Orion server, which is not translated. However I was able to avoid showing the message entirely by disabling the dialog's OK button when the Repo URL field is blank, which seems like better usability anyway.
